Using Qualtrics, this group project designed a survey that was sent out to Elon University students to measure trust of the online purchasing platform TikTok shop. After collecting 100 responses, we analyzed the data through crosstabs and created insights and implications to help TikTok Shop establish trust among TikTok users. This report was designed on Canva.
